Note that weight of your child at what age matters and it is necessary to keep an eye on them. Chocolate and food that contain high calories are not a good source of weight for your child, they only make the child look plumply with  fats. For your child to grow weight, add extra diet or snacks to their meal. Monitor your child's diet closely and include a lot of body building and energy building foods to your child's diet.
